My name is Alexander Luis Rodriguez and all I've ever wanted to do was draw. From the age of five whilst other boys would play football, I would draw characters from Saturday morning cartoons on a Toys R Us Etcher Sketcher, a toy that has always traveled with me abroad. Spanish family members would sit back while I made caricatures of them! Humour whether it's slapstick or pitch black has always fascinated me and is at the forefront of my artwork. I have since developed my skills from traditional pencil and paper to digital drawing in Photoshop and Illustrator. I've had opportunities to sell my work having visited London Comic Con and have contributed with various charities. In my spare time I enjoy keeping active with swimming, bike riding, the gym and I hold a certificate for Second Dan Black Belt in Shukokai Karate. I love Spanish cuisine, American stand up comedy, Aardman, Pixar, Funko Pop! figurines, Parodies - particularly Leslie Nielsen's work, favourite horror film is Cujo, favourite comedy is Airplane!
